i bought my M70AB2 a month ago and was told by the salesman that it had a chromelined barrel and bolt, it is a century arms. I am new to this weapon, so my knowledge is limited. But I have read countless post, reviews, articles, etc that the Yugo's ARE NOT chrome lined. Typically you can tell if you look at the edge of the muzzle and down into the bore. The coloration has a silverish tint to it. If you clean it throughly after each time you shoot, you should not have any problems. As for the bayonet. Yes, your problem seems to be common. My friend has one and it did not fit snug. After screwing around with it for a while he was able to have it click in place with a secure feel. Not sure what he did. Maybe some filing. Congrats on your new toy. R |
