| is there away to take the grenade lever off m70? If so, would leaving it off create any issues with the rifle? Why you ask? So I could use US Palm upper hand guard for co witness. |

The thing about the grenade sight is that it also prevents the gas valve in the gas block from rotating on its own and turning your rifle into a single shot when you least expect it. Buy an extra one to cut down if you don't want to cut the one you already have. |
| US palm does not make an optic specific mount for the M70ab2. I asked Midwest Industries if I bought m70 lower and universal upper if it would work with modifciation, the anwser is no . I am now under the impression that co witness with a M70ab2 is not going to happen. |
