What about SAN,A ?  Its on my other yugo along with the word dragan.

A friends gun has omav. The v in omav has a line in the center like an arrow but the same length as the other two lines of the v.

Dragan is a very common name in the region.
Not sure about the other two words without seeing a pic. Could be latin or cyrillic script, which can make a bit of a difference...
