I think that it's someones name; it's pronounced "Peekahts."

"PEKATS" = Baker, Baked. Could have ment something like "we are going to cook (bake) you" or just the users nickname

Nope, wrong spelling for that. Second letter is an "I" in the english alphabet, not an E.

In Serbo-Croatian the "И" is pronounced as a double e as in "Peek" and the "ц" is pronounced as a ts as in "Pots."
