My local shop has a century yugo underfolder, and i believe it has global or CIA (not really sure i looked at a few) marked on the side.  Is this a good starter AK?  My only concern is that the top plate looks a little oushed foward and doesnt line up with the reciever perfectly.  Thanks for the help.

You will not regret owning a M70ab2      Its an awesome starter AK  Only down side to me was that the barrels' are not chrome lined, but that not a biggie.

Good quality and accuracy. See of the top cover only needs a bit of bending to the the rear tab to better engage the front slot. Or keep shopping.

$525 or under buy it.  Even with problems.  You will sell it for more than that in 6 months and its likely a damn good rifle.
