Just ordered a Tabuk stlye flash from NDS in the raw for my yugo underfolder made by Century. It comes in the raw...sugestions on finish to match it up to the rifle?

Black oxide might be easy. You could always try Norells or Duracoat too.
Or have someone parkerize it.

Easiest and cheapest?? Semi gloss Duplicolor high heat ceramic spray paint. Available at any auto parts store. Something more durable?? Probably Gunkote, although the high heat ceramic paint has been getting some good reviews.
