I just got my first SKS and I noticed that all of the numbers match (681428) but then there is also written on the stock just above the trigger and etched into the trigger itself another number (95462).  It is a yugoslavian 59/66.  I'm assuming that the numbers correspond with some small part that was taken from another SKS.  I disassembled most everything I could and everything looked okay, nothing was obviously different.
I've attached some pics.  Any clues about these?

If it is a Yugo, I noticed this too.  Take it down and look at the SN on the bottom of the barrel right before it meets the receiver.   681428 is the original parts and 95462 is probably going to match the SN under the barrel.  My guess is that it was rearsenaled and they stuck on a new barrel before sticking it in storage and eventually sending to the USA for import.
