[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Need some extra LOP

I have a couple Norinco SKSs' that need to be a little longer, with their stubby stocks and all. I would like to get some kind of black synthetic stock (that was built for American dimensions) for each but that is a little more money than I want to spend. I was thinking of getting some of those slip on recoil pads, that would add maybe 3/4" or so. Have you guys done anything to add some LOP to your SKS?

have you tried a Yugo rubber buttpad, or just putting it in a yugo stock altogether? that rubber buttpad adds a nice extra .75" or so.
