[ARCHIVED THREAD] - H-block buffers

Just wondering if any of you guys use those H-block buffers on your sks and what you think of them. I made one from an old broken bungy cord I had laying around and there is a very noticable improvement...softer recoil and no metal on metal contact.

I have on in my Yougo. I've used it for about 2 years now. When one side got bad, I just flipped it over. Then turned it around. So far I've put a little over 2000 rounds through it, and still have one more side to use.
