saw a horrid looking chinese today at the pawn shop for $160. bet i could get it out the door for 140 cash. looks like an ex-bubba rifle. around here a nice condition chinese sks is going for about 300. should i snatch up the ugly ducking and refurb it or not?

look it over well before you buy it.  and then adopt the little guy and give it the TLC it deserves.  then shoot the crap out of it.

Life is too short to own ugly guns.  I paid $150 for this one last year, still new with cosmoline on it.  You shouldn't have to haggle to get a fair price.  If it's ugly, $120 is still too high IMO.

I picked up a Yugo in working condition from AIM last year for $79, It was well worn but functioned well once the cosmo was removed. Why pay $140 for a POS when you can get a nice yuge for less?
