I bought an unmolested, Cowboy Companion about a year ago. Just wondering how rare these things are. I know I haven't seen another one in person, but I have been able to verify they do exist. Anyone know a good going price on these?

I dunno. I bought one in '05 for about $350, if I remember right. Neat gun.

I've seen them for 400 plus at the gun shows.

How about a picture...

So, $275 with 600rds of norinco copperwash ammo  isn't too bad? I'll post a pic tonight when I get home!

Besides the rifle do you have the bayo or does it have the neutered/ground off bayo lug.  The early CC's had the lug intact, later versions had a set screw in the lub to hold the cleaning rod and still later version hand the groove in the stock filled and the lug ground off completely.

The special scope mount and scope is also important to the value of the rifle as the scope and mount will cost $250+ by itself if you can actually find one if yours didn't come with the rifle.

It's the Neutered one, No bayonet, no lug. I was under the impression, the Cowboy Companion was essentially a Paratrooper without the bayonet? I don't have the scope, but I'm going to be looking for one now.
