How do you SBR a Krink? I have a Yugo M92 Parts Kit that I would like to have built as an SBR. Do you buy the receiver, then send the forms, then have it built when you get approved? What are the steps? Thanks.

I believe you have the steps down. You do need the serial of the reciever to fill out the form 1.

If you are going to have it build by an SOT, they generally handle the paperwork.
