Recently picked up a Tula kit and from same person a v3.5 BlueJack barrel.  Don't really have much experience with these...anyway to ID it, markings, etc?

Look down the front of the barrel and see where the gas hole is drilled. Gas port holes in the V3.5's are randomly drilled. It's a crapshoot as to where it will be. Could be in the land, could be in the groove, could be half way in the land and halfway in the groove. I do recall a single letter or number stamped in the barrel but that's it. They are chrome lined as well and are shipped in the white.

I have a v3.5 in my Krink and it shoots flawless.

I can't remember if I have a v3 or v3.5, but I have had no problems, in fact I haven't heard of a person having a problem even if the hole was drilled randomly, no keyholes, so you're good

Yeah, mine has the hole right in the land. It doesn't affect it at all, and it shoots well.

My V3 has no markings, shoots great even with port partly across a land. There's an M on my spare not-for-sale V5, I think. The V3.5 has a slightly oversize trunnion area for loose trunnions.  Bore is chromed.

I got one of his V5 barrels during the last run and it has no markings.  It's in the white and chrome lined.  The difference is that the V5 has the gas port drilled in the groove. I know some of the more recent barrels are a little oversized for some of the bigger trunions as well.

The one I acquired is in the white, chrome-lined, and also has a very small "M" stamped on it too.  Gas port appears to be mostly groove with just a touch encroaching the land.

I forgot to add that there was a bunch of debate about the gas hole being on the lands or not, so I asked Troy Sellars before sending him my rifle "I have an Rguns 5.45 barrel and a BlueJack barrel, should I be worried about the version 3 (or 3.5 barrel can't remember)?" he said "We will NOT install an Rguns 5.45 barrel, and anybody who says the BlueJack barrel will keyhole is an internet idiot." haha, love that guy

Looking at my barrel I think the gas hole was right in the middle of one of the lands, but no keyholes and I've shot it out to 200 meters with no issues

The gas port being in a land or groove doesn't have anything to do with keyholing.
