| Just got my Bluejack barrels in yesterday. They look really nice and well made. I do have a question though,...the gas port hole was cut into the land in one of them, and the other is partially in the land and the groove. Does this affect accuracy at all? Seems like a small subtle hole that would'nt affect much. I'm not really concerned as long as it shoots ok, but I'm a ways off from being able to shoot. Anyone have experience with this? |
My Krink has a V3 Bluejack, port is about half way across the land. Here is a 30 yard target...
Here is a 10 yard target, offhand.. 
I don't think it has any impact in the close distances the Krink is used in, but I don't have any scientific evidence of this. The twist rate has more to do with accuracy in these short barrels. I had a 1 in 8" E. German AK74 barrel re-profiled for the krink, and it shot out wobbly bullets. |
