I took my new (to me) SKS paratrooper to the range for a quick sight in and did not take my Krink. After 100 rounds with the sks I felt really bad for leaving the Krink at home.
You guys ever feel like that? |

That is just crazy!
Both of the local ranges only charge for the yearly membership. Neither is pro-rated, though. If you get in late in the year you pay the same amount. One is picky about what you do, while the other is only concerned about what is safe and that you shoot on the appropriate range, ie., pistol or rifle. I'm luck, though cause my buddy has built his own range where we teach CHL classes and I can go there anytime I want and do whatever I want. We are the Range Masters I need to improve my parenting skills and take everyone to the range. Just was in a hurry to get there before a storm rolled in and get the SKS sighted in.

That's funny. Wish it were that much easier.
Last weekend we were finishing up a class when the Game Warden showed up. Said one of the neighbors threatened to come shoot us if any bullets wizzed by his head while he was cutting wood. The guy is crazy! So, I told the Game Warden I had my Glock on my hip and the Krink was about to come out of the trunk of my Jeep. I was a better parent and made sure the Krink went with me, this time. She was very happy |
