can some one tell me if i have a pre ban or post ban.the maddi was inported by.pars.intl.lou.ky.rmls.on the back of the rear sight it has a number 74 on it.is the year of the gun.

Post ban, Pars imported Maadi's in the middle 90's. Are you sure it's not 94?
