I'd like to put a gas block/fsb combo on it, tax stamp it, and cut her down and thread it as a SBR. Any idea of a FSB/gas block that will fit?

I think you could use a Bulgarian AK-105 style FS/GB, but you'd have to have the Saiga barrel turned down to accommodate it, since IIRC they are slightly larger diameter than a standard AK-74 barrel. Someone will be along shortly to correct me if I'm wrong.
