Hello, Gents.  I'm more of a C&R type of guy, so these modern shotguns are kind of new to me.  I am about to seal the deal for the trade acquisition of a Saiga-12 to be used in the home-defense/range-fun role.

I'm awaiting pictures to confirm, but I believe it is still in the sporter configuration.  I'm interested in installing a pistol grip and standard AK-style fixed stock.  I know the laws regarding US parts and such.  Where my problem comes in is that I'm a little lost as to where to find a good p-grip, trigger, disconnector, hammer and stock assembly for the shotgun.  Additionally, does this conversion need to be done by a gunsmith, or is it more or less a bolt-on setup?

Could any of you direct me to a good website or resource for this type of conversion?  Any other general thoughts on this conversion?  Thanks!

Several guys on EE can get you a G2 fcg and other small parts. The conversion is very straightforward, but you can always go fancier....
