What parts need to be changed to US in order to use a Romy or EG folding stock?

As far as the letter of the law, 4 should be enough, assuming you don't have a muzzle atttachment. If you do, I suggest a new gas piston.

What gas piston does it take? The 74 piston like the rilfes?

I am pretty sure that it takes a piston alll it's own. As far as where to get one, there is a guy on gunco.net named Hotbarrel who custom makes pistons, at $15/ea shipped, it's quite the deal. Not to mention everyone over there raves about the quality of his workmanship.
