You will have to look at your trunion to know if you need a round or flat bullet guide. Post a pic and someone here will be able to tell you.

If you plan on keeping the BHO feature, you will need a Tapco G2  that has been modded to account for it, such as you can get from CSS or Dinzag. Otherwise, a regular G2 will work.

The only mod done to a hammer to work with a BHO is to take .050 of the right side of the hammer to
give clearance for the BHO linkage. Can be done with a hand file and a few min.

alright, thanks!  I don't have it yet but planing on having one really soon and convert it asap as i get it. I'm just trying to make sure and make a summary of how much will it cost me.  since I got few stuff around like the stock, grip etc... it would cost me about $600 with all crap shipping and ffl fee included.  This saiga series has the 24mm thread and ak hand guard so I don't have to do anything there.  Is that the price Should I be expecting for the saiga and conversion parts?

Carolina shooters store has the best price on bullet guides I have seen and they should have a picture to compare with your rifle to see which guide you will need.  Get the bullet guide kit which includes the tap and go to a hardware to get a tap handle.  It is fairly easy if you have a drill press you can use to drill the hole, use oil to cool the drill bit and to lubricate the tap.
