It's together & functional.   I need to decide if I want to stay w/ the standard pistol grip, or if I want a SAW grip.  Still need to permanently attach the trigger guard & refinish the area on the bottom which is now exposed.

Looks good.  I like the look of the standard grip myself.  Are you going to keep the forearm or get something different?

I've got mixed feelings on the standard grip. I've shot AKs mostly w/ SAW grips & I think it feels better.  I'm trying to decide which I like more.  As for the forend, I'm either going to leave it the way it is, or I may get one of the Surefire Gen 2 forends.  I'm fond of the options of having a light on a  shotgun.  Mostly I did the conversion because I was concerned about a ban.  I want it to be already coverted.  I think the biggest change is going to be a polychoke if I can find one for a reasonable price.

Tonight I'm working at the range, so I should get a chance to test fire it w/ the conversion.

k-var.   From what I've seen it's a nicer stock than the tapco.  It's ~$60 + shipping & comes w/ the pistol grip.
