I have a Saiga 12.  If I change out the front handguard and use a surefire 12 round magazine (3-parts) will I be in compliance with 922r?

(yes Ive read the tacked thread and used the worksheet)

from what i understand about that stupid law you should be fine. i got the surefire mags and replaced the gas puck with a U.S. made one from chaos. i'm thinking of swapping the fore grip also just to be on the safe side.

A stock Saiga 12 has either 13 or 14 "counted" 922r parts.  14 for one threaded for chokes, 13 for one that's not.

So yes, you're 922r compliant being that you have swapped out 4 "counted" parts; US made Mag=3parts, US made handguard=1 part.
