So will a POSP be able to handle 12ga recoil? I bought a 4power one for my Saiga 12 for hunting with it. I didnt realy think much about how well it will hold a zero on a 12 ga. But i figure they should hold alright, right?

wouldve been better off buying a russian kobra sight for it , ive got one on my s-12 and it works great and it runs on double A batterys

I've had two Kobras break on me.  I only use one one my 556 now...

I dunno about the PSOP.  But I would guess that if it will handle 7.62x54, which is 30-06 class, I can handle 12.  Russians make things stout

I had my 8 x 42 on my s 12 and shot a buch of slugs in it never hurt it any
