I have a Romanian AK and I was wondering if anyone has done any work with the Vltor AK stock adaptor? Do they fit Rom. Ak's? I'm a big fan of Vltor products and although I see much cheaper stuff on the market, I'ld like to stick by the company. If anyone has any input please let me know. |

www.vltor.com/accessory.htm Yes. The old stock is un-screwed. The old stock is removed (this can be a tight fit, if you look through the rear stock attachment there is usually a hole with the end of the stock showing throught it. You can put the biggest screw driver/pry bar that you can fit in there and pry the stock out the back of the receiver. The Vltor then slides into the receiver. From there you can add any stock that it is made for, Not sure on the NYS AWB. You are on your own as to compliance on that. Good luck. |
