Can you tell me something about this rifle. I just got it and it has a threaded barrel w/slant brake, and I also noticed the stock end took the torch and the barrel end seen a saw. I could not find any markings on what was left of the reciever. There is markings above the receiver next to the chamber a triangle with 1986 following, then BU-xxxx

Does it have a "G" engraved on the left side of the rear sight base and does the stock have a black band at the butt?  If so, then this signifies that the rifle was issued to the Romanian Patriotic Guard.  If there is no engraved "G" on the RSB and no black band on the stock, then it was more than likely issued to the regular Romanian Army.
