I have a new romy PSL "drag". the barrel shows scoring (galling) where it  was psessed into the trunion in three lines. Not deep only maybe 5 to 10 thou at most. Anyone seen this? Would seem to be a non issue unless I though I needed to ever remove barrel. Shoots well so far.... what can anyone tell me?

On the inside or the outside? The most improtant things in the barrel are that it's true, the headspacing is tight but not to tight and the last bits of rifeling. Well, all rifeling is important but the last bits are critical.

Mine has scoring on the top of the trunion also, no biggie.

it on the outside top where it has rubbed the trunnion pressing in. I kinda figured it was fairly common. The barrel may have been on the large side and the trunnion on small side. Or even too little lube during press (assuming they use any)
