| Has anyone ever ordered a scope from a place called Kalinka Optics Warehouse in North Carolina? I ordered a scope from them last week but I'm starting to get a bit worried. They charged my credit card but so far I haven't heard a word from them. I tried emailing them to ask about the status on the order but they haven't answered back yet. I tried calling this morning but the operator said there was no phone listing for that company in that town! Hope I didn't get screwed. |

Things usually go well, but one member waited a long time for 'in stock' and was then called a heartless asshole redneck moron for not being patient with an overseas shipment, and a Mod poked fun at cust service rep 'April' and received an email threatening to sue. They are not on my short list. Why post this in the Romy forum? |
| My last order from them was a couple of years ago. I ordered 3 scope mounts and it took 3 weeks to get 2 of the mounts. On the invoice was written "rest of order delayed waiting on delivery from factory". Well it took another 2 weeks to get the other scope mount. But both packages came from Russia so I guess it takes a while to get here from the other side of the world. |
| dispute the cc charge if you can, i tried to find a number for them and call them today but i just couldn't find anything. if they were closer i might swing by, but they're a bit away from me. i would send an email saying that you are going to be in contact with the BBB if you are not able to resolve the issue. at least that will give them something to think about. |

I placed two orders with them recently. My experience was excellent. I received my order quickly, received order confirmation quickly, and received exactly what I ordered. I was a little worried after reading some of the horror stories, but both of my orders turned out well. I wouldn't hesitate to place another order. In fact, I plan to in the not too distant future.
