OK, come Sept. 13th 12am the AWB ends officially and finally(hopefully)...I would like to thread my Romanaian SAR-2....how do I go about threading it? I know it has to be 14x1 left handed or reversed thread....the question is do I just goto home depot/aces/ect and buy a pipe threader that fits the description for the barrel or what??? any info would be appreciated.hug.gif [Edited for re-wording]

You will not find a 14x1 lh die in the stores.. Try here dynasystems-ltd.com/GunFile/TAT.html or there are kits for rent in the equipment exchange... |
| Theres a guy on another board renting these same dies for $15 or $16 thru paypal. You just pay the shipping back to him. I been thinking about doing it to my sar-1 and been following it. Its a pretty easy operation with these dies and lots of guys have been renting them. A lot cheaper than buying them unless you plan to do a lot of threading. |
