what size groups will an out of the box SAR3 give me at 50 and 100 yards?

I have seen Banker Billys get 2moa for groups of 5, rested at 100, decent trigger, 4x scoped, Wolf ammo.
They have Bulgy bbls in them (Romys do not make 223 bbls) and seem to get the same 2-2.5" that a Bulgy 5.45 gun does.
