Very nice for your first Kalashnikov. Is that a Kobra clone, or genuine?

It's a real kobra, it's the one that takes AA batteries.
Thanks

Not a real fan of the ATI furniture, but yours wears it well! Bet she's a real looker at the range.

its actually quite comfortable.  I was hitting black at 100 meters over iron sights;.  the original stock is too loong for my stubby arms.  I have carried an M-4 for two tours and it feels the same to me.  I also have the buttstock all the way in!

Not your AK.

Is the Kobra working out pretty well for you?  I was having some trouble with mine before.

The OP's rifle is not my cup of tea, but the OP didn't ask me to buy him a rifle or pay for the mdifications he made.
Since it's his rifle and his money, he gets to do whatever HE determines makes the rifle works best for him.

I don't like the looks of the furniture either, but I'm sure it's extremely functional. I'm jealous of the sight. Sounds like you got a winner, congrats
