Is the Roamanian underfolder the same as the Polish?Will one fit on a NDS 1P receiver?

The Romanian UF stocks I've seen have only the left side internal locking lugs.
The Polish stocks have external lugs on the right side.
In addition the rivet pattern is different.

The struts on them are quite different in construction.
