Was thinking of ordering a bulgarian fsb with the bayo lug and threaded adapter,my question is how hard would it be to get off the old sight and install the new one?

the problem is not getting your front sight off but getting the bulgarian to work on the sar2 barrel. the bulgarian barrel is larger dia.

Ok, does anyone know if there is enough material on the sar 2 barrel to thread it?

What thread do you want to put on it?
IIRC, if the diameter is .550 you can thread it for 14x1 LH.
