OK, my scope is apparently written in Romanian & my wife doesn't read Romanian. I did find the manual for the POSP scopes, in english, from the Kalinka Optics web site and this is what I found:
On pg 13 in describing how to center and zero the scope, it says that turning the elevation knob clockwise moves the reticle down. On pg 14 in describing how to center and zero the scope, it says that turning the windage knob clockwise moves the reticle to the left .
