So I got this single-stack WASR-2 the day after Thanksgiving at my local Dunham's for $275.
Swapped some furniture: 
I did the magwell conversion last night and will get some new pics up tonight yet. The mag (only have one, an E. German black polymer) locks up nice and tight with absolutely NO wobble. Almost too tight... I figure I can always open it up more later. It's slow progress, but I'll keep updating with pics as I go just for fun. Still waiting on 1K of 5.45 from RGuns, which I ordered on 11/30, so I can't test this thing for function yet. |

Looks good so far. Which U.S. fire control parts did you use, the Tapco G2, Arsenal or something else? Are you going to use U.S. furnature too, since it isn't easy to get compliance with the imported pieces?
The single-to-double stack conversions are fun, in a tedious sort of way!
