I just shot my new PSL today, it was a blast! It came with the usual 4x scope; I would like to get one of the higher powered scopes though. The 8x or 3-9x both have the 42 mm bell on them and in the pictures it looks like they barely clear the rear sights. Does anyone have either one of these and if so, have they had a problem clearing the rear sights? Also, are they worth the money? Thanks |

I have the POSP 8X42 I purchased from Klinka Optics It clears the rear sight but just barely, I can elevates it to about the 3 or 400 yard notch and the site is usable in an emergency. When sliding the scope onto the side rail you have to remove the flip up scope cap from the objective bell, it will get caught on the rear sight but after the scope is in place you just slide the cap back over the objective. The 8X scope is very nice I think I paid 160 for it shipped and it comes with the scope cap and a black nylon bag for the scope |
