Where can I buy the lug for the underfolding spike bayonet for the Chinese AKS, also where can I find the handgaurds, and is the lug apart of the front sight base?....
What is the length of the barrel from the front of the FSB forward?....

They haven't been imported in over 10 years. The only place to find one is to keep your eye out on the Equiptment Exchange on all the boards. The going rate is about $115~125. I saw 2 for sale just this weekend.
