I have a BWK-92 and I have a few questions. I want to replace the piston as a compliant part but since it's a 5.56 does the piston size differ from a standard AK or can I just use a Tapco? Also, I was wanting to put a slant cut brake on it but since the threads have been filed down can I still rethread at 14x1 LH or must I use a different size?

As far as the piston I believe they are the same. Be sure to check headspace. Threading is going to depend on current diameter . I've heard of guys using different threading and apparently there is a company that sells the part in the new size.
