| So I just received a die, TAT and handle I rented to thread the barrel on my MAK-90. Which way do I turn the handle to thread the barrel, clockwise or counter clockwise? Thanks! |
| That depends....I am assuming your muzzle is turned down, so what thread size are you using? If your barrel had the original diameter, you would have threaded it at 14x1 and you would need to thread it counter-clockwise. If your barrel has had the threads turned down, the most common new size to thread it at is 1/2x28 and in that case, you'd be going clockwise. |
