How do i know which firing pin is needed for my mak 90, i believe there are two types spring loaded and something else. How do i know which one to buy?

You take yours out and see if it has a spring. You only need to remove one pin in bolt to remove it.  You can also depress the firing pin into the bolt and see if it springs back into the bolt.  Should be able to do this from the rear of the bolt.

I had a Chinese one but recently sold it to someone.  I believe any 7.62x39 firing pin should work if you don't have a spring loaded one but AA-ok.com and Northridge have East German ones that may work well.  There is also a guy on gunbroker I believe that has the spring loaded type.
