Recently traded a guy for an unfired NIB Norinco Type 84s in .223. Purchased in 1986 for the price of $99, it is a pre import ban. I am just curious what this thing is worth.

I just bought one for $550.00! Mags are expensive and 5.56 is even worse! I cant afford to shoot mine... its a safe queen! If someone wants to trade me for a beat up legend let me know!

That is a hell of a price. I paid 650 shipped for mine last year. I'd say niw would get you at least 800 bucks.

If you keep it unfired, I would say it is worth $900 on the low end, and $1300 if the right person found it on Gunbroker. Very Nice!
