I recently got a Hungarian (or East German) side folder, and it fell apart. But now I don't know how to reassamble it correctly. This is the stock: http://www.familievisser.demon.nl/schietsport/klapkolf/1.jpg And this is how I pieced it together: http://www.familievisser.demon.nl/schietsport/klapkolf/2.JPG http://www.familievisser.demon.nl/schietsport/klapkolf/3.JPG It does funcion this way, but it's a bit loose... Can someone confirm that this is the right way of assambling this folding stock? Or does someone mayby have an exploded view? Thanks! |
| Your folder is East German and it looks like you got it back together correctly. In its current configruation it will probably be a little loose until you actually install it into a receiver. The locking mechanism has tapered faces that will compensate for normal wear. When installed, the hinge block and the sheetmetal lip will be compressed and this in turn will cause more pressure to be applied to the spring and inturn the lever will push harder on the locking stud. HTH. |
