i have the opportunity to purchase one like new and i know it is a great ak...what is going rate price wise on these rifles? also what is the correct furniture to de neuter it?

$800-ish. Best bet on de-neuter is IWD set. $200-ish with the DIY finishing supplies. If you can get the rifle for $700 you're doing good.
