[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Cheap AMD-65 handguard modification

While I am waiting for my missing spacers for my quad rail install I decided to do some tinkering with the original hand guard and added a small rail to the bottom and a Tac-Star folding grip. Not sure how I like it but it would be a option for anyone who wanted to get rid of the funky ones it comes with and not spend a lot of $$$. Just thought I'd pass it along.

Looks good. I added a magpul MVG to mine. This is until I figure out what rail I am going with.

Did you check with the seller and see if they would send you the spacers ?? They should....you paid for 'em.

I unfortunately went on Ebay and bought it. The seller said it didn't come in the box. The box was white with no lettering or marking. It was advertised as new, but I have my doubts. Lesson learned on my part.
