well i finally fired my 106at the local range ; to it to the 50yard one The first three shots i fired i did standing up with radway green. I stopped at 3 and looked through my scope and to my surprise all three shots were in the white, this is at 50 yards; i couldnt believe it. So then i sat down and benched it and the shots seem to drift to the left  2 inches or so.There were no strays on the whole right side of the paper only tight groups 2-3 inch from dead center. Thats odd cause whenever i shoot my any ak there are always a feww at least that drift to the right and left given the conditions. It could be the trigger too, cause the first three shots i fired i did a straight squeeze vs when the rifle was benched. When i benched it i played along with the two stage. I just left wondering how i hit dead center three times in a row standing and then not when sitting. I mean i hit the center a couple more times sitting aswell as the middle but man. The whole thing is a pain, think its a lemon.... going to dump it.

Seems like a hasty decision.

Save the rifle - dump the fcg.  The trigger on mine was beyond help.  A $35 G2 fixed the problem.

Not my business what you do with your rifle, but your method of determining the consistency seems suspect; you don't fire from the offhand, especially without zeroing the rifle, to tell how accurate or consistent it is.

Seems once you benched it, you note yourself there were tight groups.  Sounds like the rifle was consistent and just needs to be zeroed.

Not a flame in any way, but your method of writing is a little hard to follow.  You first mention that all three first shots were in the white (is the center of your targets white or black)?

if the rifle is grouping nice, but the groups are off center a little, sounds like it just needs to be sighted in.

my point of impact does tend to change a bit for me when shooting off the bench, I hold onto the rifle too tight and tend to tweak it when shooting off the bench. but im dead on from the shoulder.

let a couple friends shoot it and see if they have the same issue. also try and hold the rifle a little looser when shooting from the bench and see if that helps.

of course you may be having buyers remorse, and the only thing that'll set your mind at ease is to dump it.......by all means, sell it.
