I recently picked up an Aersenal Milled receiver SLR-95 in a trade and was wondering where I could find more info about the gun.  The gun is LNIB, if it has been fired it was very little.  It has been configured with a pistol grip and buttstck as opposed to a thumbhole sporter.  Seller(Trade) was an FFL and he assured me it had appropriaye compliance parts.

It is very nice and I am trying to decide to keep or sell.  Where is the best place to buy accesories...I need a sling if I am going to keep it.

Any info on value would be appreciated as well, as there is no reference in the Blue Book for an Aersenal, Inc. SLR-95.

Sorry to be such a newb, but this is only my 2nd AK47, the first was a SAR-1, which I loved, but was forced to sell due to piss poor financial planning.

Thanks

You have a very nice rifle, some will say one of the best.  All Bulgarian and if the PG conversion is done you're ahead there.  I'd keep it.  If you can get around the weight of the milled reciever, they are the smoothest shooting ak around.  The only drawback, a minor one IMHO is that it's a ban-style gun and would take some work to de-neuter it.  My guess of value would be around $450-550 depending on furniture and condition.

Keep it!

Post some pictures and it would help.  If it has nice furniture and the proper 4 US parts (5 if it has been converted to have a removable muzzle device instead of a pinned brake) then I would go to the higher range of pmbiker's estimate.

you can change out the post ban front sight, gas block, and handguard retainer for pre ban parts. just look around on the EE. i had an slr95 and did the conversion at one time.
