So I've been eyeing an SLR101 for awhile on atlantic firearms, I dont have the money for it yet but had some questions about the muzzle brake. Is is threaded and does it work well? to me it looks kinda ugly and I could see replacing one with a slant brake or something, but if it works well I could learn to love it. function over form for all my guns. thanks for any help |

The brakes on the SLR-101's and the post ban SA-M7's are actually very, very effective and they are also more than a half-way decent flash suppressor. I've thougth about converting my SA-M7S to "no-ban" configuration, but it shoots so well and the muzzle brake works so well, I said screw it and I'm keeping it as is. |
