I have what I have been told is a Polytech NM47, but it is marked MAK91. The barrel is not threaded and I would like to thead it. I have tried the standard 14x1LH(too big) and 1/2x28RH (too small). The exterior of the barrel is 17mm, so my newbie question is, do I need to get a 17x1RH like this?
