I'm looking at getting a Bulgarain AK47 but in having a really hard time identifying any more info in it... The stock is really ugly and it needs a new one. It's all black and just not my style. Appears like the pistol grip and the butt stock are all together. It's not a "thumb hole" stock, more like a Draganavov (spell?) stock. It's thin ,has a cheek riser, black synthetic. TYPICALLY is the pistol grip separate? D you ever have to drill out for a pistol grip?
The receiver says "ISD Bulgaria LTD" "Made in Bulgaria" that's it..... Has a nice polished bolt and is really clean. Appears to be top on the line quality. There is no imported by markings or anything. So, can someone help me ID this thing? I want to put a custom wood stock on it and don't know if it can. Since the quality appears so good I want it. But I'm a little lost here. Thanks guys! |
| That's it. But he said it was a a double stack? So it's an AK47 that takes AK74 furniture? So... I'm new to AK platform and guess I don't know the difference between 47 and 74 appearance. They look the same to me. The guy selling knows about as much as I do, "any AK 47 furniture will fit. I've taken the stock off and it's square". |
