I personally would go with a bakelite russian or even romanian if you don't care for authenticity....... but that's after you stained and finished the furniture

If you want to keep the furniture blond, put a want to buy ad in for a Bulgarian hardwood grip with ferrule. They were plentiful at one time and I'm sure someone would let one go - for the right price.

I have 2 Bulgarian AK bubblegum colored pistol grips. If that is what you want, you can have one. However it will not match that wood. If you are looking for a wood pistol grip the same color as that wood they are out there. K-Var used to stock them but they are showing out of stock at the moment.
