Are their any available, or I would settle for Ten rounders.
Thanks |

K-var has Izhmash (Russian) 10-round 5.45 mags, but they aren't cheap (list price is $38, and K-var is selling 'em for $30), and they aren't in stock at the moment. You can see them here.
That's the only place I've ever seen 'em. I have exactly one of these that I'd sell if anyone really wants it. It came with my SGL32, and I've never used it. As far as I know it's brand new. $35, shipped. (Cheaper than K-var, since they'll also throw on a $10 shipping charge.) Send an IM if interested. PayPal preferred. |

Careful with selling stuff you can get in trouble. As far as low capacity for your high capacity it just doesn't seem right but I understand (I put a flush 5 round mag on my SKS when I was younger to hunt with). Funny that putting spent casings in a mag passes the DNR/Wildlife cop sniff test. Most states I have hunted in they want actual plugs or specific capacity mags or no mags at all. Having said that, I would get a cheap AK mag and chop it down to size. It shouldn't be too hard to do and right now there are very reasonable Bulgarian AK 74 mags that would make a great platform for such a modified mag. In case you are not visualizing it, you chop it down and flare out the bottom so the mag floorplate slides on. Then trim your spring, but start long and work your way down. I hope this helps. |
